Many folks are understandibly intimidated by gyms, excentric fitness professionals, and the unsustainable regimes touted by fitness models “on the gram”.  Let’s put those fears on notice. Because, getting stronger and healthier shouldn’t feel like a bad episode of reality television.

I’m proud of my time as a college athlete (track and pole vault) and school mascot. But, my fitness journey also includes three years of undiagnosed hypothyroidism, serious injuries, crashes and setbacks. Before making a career transition to personal training, I transformed myself – going from the worst shape of my life to losing ~50 pounds, running eight marathons, achieving a Black Belt, and qualifying for consecutive Boston Marathons.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I guide clients to success with tips and tools I wish I’d had to help me on my path. Together we will assess your current fitness, identify obstacles, choose goals and build a program that motivates and inspires you.
